o Course Overview:
This course examines how Buddhism, which originated in India, changed and developed as it spread through China and Korea, focusing on the norms of its participants.
o Learning Objectives:
By studying the origins and evolution of key rituals and practices currently practiced in Korean temples, such as the Water-Land Ritual and Posadha, we can understand the universality and uniqueness of Korean Buddhism.
