Buddhist culture and Confucian culture, which are significant parts of Korean traditional culture, are wholly contained in Sansa (Buddhist Mountain Monastery) and Seowon (Neo-Confucian) Academy.
Due to such characteristics, the universality of human culture was recognized and it was registered on the World Heritage list.
This course will be an opportunity to find out the valuable meaning of Korean Buddhist culture and Confucian culture through the course on Korea’s Mountain Monastery and Neo-Confucian Academy.
